Junior Eurovision Memories

The Junior Eurovision Memories (JEM) was a special edition that took place in May 2013. 
Rules to take part at this contest:
  • You need to send a song from the country you represent in EM, that is sung by an artist that was not older than 16 when the song was recorded.
  • They can be singing with people over 16, but only if the featured artist has a small part in the song.
  • All the rules from the Basic EM will be applied here too.
  • We'll use the semifinals system, no SC. Details of SFs to be posted after we receive all songs.
  • The voting system used will be the same as in ESC.
  • As San Marino won the last special edition, they will host this edition and they are the only qualifier (if they participate).
