We're sad to announce that Luxembourg was disqualified from EM 41 this morning by the EM Fairness Committee due to the fact that the song was extremely popular and had unfair advantages.
The Fairness Committee received several reports this morning that the Israeli song might be a cover of Bustamante's "Abrázame Muy Fuerte". The Fairness Committee will eventually decide if this song is a cover or not. Check out below the two entries.
The voting period for the EM 41 Semifinals was officially opened yesterday after the Semifinals draw. A total of 19 countries will compete in Semifinal 1 and 20 countries will compete in Semifinal 2. Only the best 10 countries who will gather the most points will win a golden ticket to the Grand Final of EM 41. Places 11th and 12th from each Semifinal will fight for the last two Grand Final tickets. The voting period will close on 25 April 2014 at 11:00 CET.
