New Changes

The EM rules will suffer two major changes. The first change is made by the EM organizers who will analyse all the songs from a jury perspective and then they'll give points. Those points are called "The Reserve Votes", which will be used in case some participants cannot vote or don't vote in the Final but they voted in the Semifinal. 

For example Ukraine gave 5 points to Ireland but Ireland didn't qualify. Instead of those 5 points we will use the 5 points from the Reserve Votes. The Reserve points will be used only if a country will not vote in the final due to some problems or other facts. 

The other change is made to award a bonus to our active participants. Make sure you vote on time and be among those 10 countries which voted first and then using random.org, we will pick a winner to give him a bonus of 12 points in the Grand Final!
