The EM Juries decided: 20 countries go to the Final!

A few weeks ago the voting for Eurovision 2013 started and eighteen EM Participants submitted votes to nominate our personal qualifiers. A total of 10 countries qualified from each semifinal and now we will start the voting for the grand final. The running order will be determined randomly using our old friend random.org. It's important to mention that you have only 1 week to submit your votes and in case you didn't vote in the Semifinals you are allowed to vote in the Grand Final. (you only need to be an EM Participant). Here are the results from semifinals, revealed in a random order:
