Now that we have the singers and the composers, we just have to know which composer will make a song for which artists. Stay tuned!
It seems that some of our players sent their votes with a considerable delay and the Host Broadcaster decided to delay the Final Show until today when it was revealed that EM 11 Grand Final will take place on the 20th of January at 18:00 CET, as usual on the chat, where we hope to see all of our participants!
The Administrator said that if any changes will happen, they will be announced on his personal website, here. It seems that 32 countries voted in the final and even Italy manged to send their votes for the final and avoiding the possibility of disqualification.
Also on the 20th of January we will know the results of the Semifinals just before the Grand Final will start! It will be an exciting night and hopefully everyone will enjoy it! Top 3 of EM 11 Final will qualify straight to the EM 12 Grand Final!
The winner, according to the Webmaster will go to another round of the competition, more exactly: OME Song Contest! We strongly believe that EM Song Contest has what it takes to win such a big competition.

Six hours ago, the EBU (European Broadcasting Union) released on its official webpage the final list of participants of the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest, to be held in Baku, Azerbaijan. Among this list, we have 42 of the 43 countries that participated last year, since Poland (TVP) withdrew based on financial problems concerning its hosting of the Euro 2012 Cup, and according to the fans... a run of bad results lately.
Finishing with the mystery that was created just when Ell & Nikki won, Armenia confirmed it will participate on Baku... In a conversation with a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, the head of the Armenian delegation to Eurovision Gohar Gasparyan noted that Armenia’s participation in the contest proves its full fledged membership in European Broadcasting Union (EBU).
Here's the list:

Romania will be in Baku!
Romania will take part in the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest in Baku, Azerbaijan, according to Head of Entertainment at broadcaster TVR. Speaking to adevarul.ro, Dan Manoliu confirmed our report from yesterday that TVR is look to receive a budget of €200,000 for this year’s Song Contest.
€118,000 of that is the participation fee, with the remaining €82,000 set aside for a national selection, promotion of the song, and the cost of the delegation in Baku. Manoliu added that “TVR confirmed its Eurovision participation to the European Broadcasting Union on 24 November 2011″, but that a fee reduction had not been agreed as it “would create a precedent, and EBU would not have sufficient funds to organise the show properly”.
Manoliu also gave a clear indication that TVR is looking to hold a national selection, stating that “Romania and any other participating countries have until 19 March 2012 to pick their entry, as that is when the heads of delegation meeting take place. I hope that composers should be prepared with songs (to enter) when we kick off Selection”.
